That reminds me about the new 'Millennium Bandstand' which was supposed to be built, yes, you guessed it, at the start of the new Millennium. I wonder what happened to the money that was put by for it to be built? Whose pocket(s) did that end up in?

Aren't the lights the exact same as last year? Whatever happened to the Christmas Tree we used to have in front of the bandstand?
