Wouldnt be surprising if we dont get one this town is not exactly child friendly. they have probably got an excuse ready for missing the dead line. Still the kids have got the lawn if its good enough for bowls its good enough for kids skate boarding etc
They own a very large cleaning buisiness that they started up from nothing but hard work, they also own a few houses. There are a lot of people who slag them off when really they are envious
probably already happened
They own the Landsdown etc
Agree with you people round here dont like success. Thats why they dont like the Barton Bros.
I live happily in Dawlish not care about the probs cause they not interfere with my life cause I shop out of town but Teignmouth is thriving its always busy & one can buy anything when I first moved to Dawlish(1957) could buy clothes Hitchns even had a male retail outlet called Fosters etc. Would really like to know what this niche Dawlish is about. We have a fantastic Artist called Brian Steffens ...
Teignmouth is thriving, what do you suggest the "niche" market should be
I heard that a private company is putting traffic wardens in Dawlish and teignmouth in March. Its a shame to see Dawlish going down heel when as you say Teignmouth is thriving
I went to Newton yesterday. The town and the market were very busy and unless I need glasses there is a good variety of shops. I didnt see any that were closed down.Yes there is about 8 charity shops,so what they are doing a good job and give value for money. Teignmouth is pedestrianised and it hasnt caused a problem just the opposite.Shopping with no exhaust fumes has got to be an advatage ...
Agree with everything you say . If the affordable housing is for local people as it should be & as it is in other parts of the country. We do have a growing indigenous population & problems with schools etc will have to be tackled with or without new housing and you never know the reat may be second or holiday homes!
