It used to be called The Laffinn Pig. It's in Commercial Road. From the town walk up the main road towards Exeter passing the Animals in Distress charity shop on your left. I think Commercial Road is the first turning on your left after this charity shop.

I've asked about this and from what I've been told it seems that all the comments made and preferences expressed via this consultation will be looked at, considered, and discussed by officers at Devon County Council. Then they will give their recommendation(s) to the councillors at Devon County Council who presumably will make a decision to either follow the recommendation(s) - or not. Don't know ...

I think Rainbow1's posts were made to wind up certain individual people (me included) but s/he has inadvertently managed to wind up many more posters and readers and as well as those 'graced' with being targeted. Own goal. ( PS Wonder how s/he is managing now that s/he cannot respond to our postings?)
