No, it was me getting the figure wrong. Sorry. Although...........the adjacent field is Mr G's ex cornfield which also has p/p for houses to be built - circa 250 I believe so I must have gotten my fields confused. And of course people buy things online these days. Just read an article about the state of retailing in general. One high flying exec in the business now describes the retailing industry thus: " The whole retail market is restructuring at the moment, away from bricks and into clicks."
