Another waste of tax payers money by the super efficient planning office at Teignbridge. Plus the usual nonsense from the conservation officer who's services the authority have already been asked to dispense with. Shame they cant use their powers on big companies to ensure planning compliance

If its rubbish why is the industrial estate and lots of other streets around the town in total darkness after midnight. Its not done for a laugh its done to save money.
