My son has been trying to get a 1bedroom flat, a cant afford deposit and agents feea b wont pass the credit checks and references c gets an element of LHA Not so simple wriggler

I think that will happen, I remember reading that the sluice gates need to be done before any dredging work takes place, this makes sense to me, sort out the problems of waterflow first. DCC are founding this but the Environment Agency have to sort out the rest along with TDC

@wriggler HB and LHA are 2 seperate things. Not everybody who needs help from these benefits are not working. Some people work but because they are on low income and have dependants require help to pay their rent.
