It is appalling Huw - I agree. I cannot speak for anyone else but lack of comments from me weren't due to lack of concern. So many of us are already fighting on so many different fronts at the moment. Might it be the case that as well as all the other reasons given above for the increase in the numbers of charity shops all over the country as well as here in Dawlish, that another reason for their proliferation is that there is a demand for them. If no demand then they wouldn't exist because there would be no reason for them to exist and they would go out of business Or is that too ...
