This is now becoming stupid. Was up there yesterday and speaking to the agent from Cavanna. Apparently the need for all these houses is so great they have managed to sell, wait for it - Three.
Someones having a laugh here and its obvious that public money is just being wasted on these projects. Whats the point in building houses that nobody wants or can afford, when there are no jobs and no infrastructure to support them.
Remember the deck access flats built in the 60s that have now cost millions to demolish, seems lessons have not been learnt.
