Thanks Mcjrpc. We have already re-tuned the tv(s)more than once since this all started in January and we are still getting problems so I think it is the aerial. I can't talk technical stuff (the technical/practical fairy passed me by when those gifts were handed out!) but I'm pretty certain we do have booster(s). So.......can anyone recommend anyone who knows about television aeriels and (re)tuning and that type of thing who I can contact to get it sorted out?
Since January our tv reception has deteriorated. We don't have satellite - we have freeview. I put it down to the aerial maybe having been moved by the high winds we had earlier this year so couldn't see any point in getting it sorted out only for another high wind to move it out of position again. Course it may not be the aerial at all. The type of problem we are experiencing is this; ...
Isn't NR presently looking at the option of putting a breakwater further out at sea to help stop this happening?
@Clive - believe you said on another thread that you live in the West Cornwall parliamentary constituency of Truro and Falmouth. I've just read that the Tory MP there only won by 435 votes over the Lib Dem in 2010. That right? In that case you are in a Tory marginal 'n all. You getting any of these Tory residents' surveys like we're getting here?
@Clive - Grant Shapps (Chairman of the Conservative Party) tweeted it. In the tweet he specifically asked for it to be retweeted in order to get the message out.
