You can learn a lot about their commitment to an issue from what they say rather then what they write. I was going to say that the proposal to strike off the company won't have been because the accounts haven't been submitted. You have 9 months to file accounts so the October 2015 accounts are only due by July 2016. More likely is that they hadn't filed an Annual Return, which is a simple document that confirms any changes to directors, shareholders etc. and costs £13 to do it online. And hey ...
