Blame your very own Devon County Councillor the very right ????? Clatworthy. He proposed it - can't remember who the seconder was. He thought it was a good idea so that more people would then park and more lolly would come rol'n in for having to pay for parking all the year round, instead of what it used to be - seasonal.
Who, on earth, can afford that sort of money in Dawlish? There's a credit brunch on and even fish an ships are out of the question right now.
How's about Dawlish Warren road with all those crazy speed pads which do nothing to slow down motorcyclists, wide wheeled vehicles and cars with a good suspension system.
