How many others on this forum have noticed how evasive Joey Deacon/the truth are, when they are asked straightforward questions. They are both full of gibberish but very short on answers.
I should have also said,"con artists want cash so there will be no paper trail for authorities to follow." Do you EVER get a receipt when you by a pint of beer or when you give to a charity. If not, why not?

It just goes to show how the problem was created and now those that bought to let - cannot, and those that cannot sell are trying to let. Well said Dullish! I do not know why people pander to these fraudsters. Like you say, give directly to a charity not through another charity, your money then has a better chance of reaching the cause the charity was set up for.
