Saw this online Ten least affordable Oxford Winchester Greater London Cambridge Bath Brighton and Hove Truro St Albans Chichester Exeter so if Exeter is a 'least affordable'  place to buy property then I guess people will start looking at/have already started looking at towns near to Exeter. And I guess again that in  so doing they then push prices ...

All, take a look at @Gary Taylor 's post again. and think about what it is implying. Might it be the case that TDC Planning Committee have, and by complete chance,  potentially solved the acccess/egress site traffic dilemma caused by the lack of 'the road'? No need for site traffic to go along the Elm Grove area if the Langdon site is built first and the rest of the DA2 area gets built ...
