I think it is 75 not 73 based on teignbridge planning website. They show 73 on the left of the junction and 75 on the right as you face sandy lane.

Also it looks as though the garage has been converted to a living area. I believe you require change of use for that and I cannot see an application

for that, for 75. I think you would need to submit a retrospective application if you bought the property.
