PROPOSALS to redevelop a derelict site in Dawlish have been given the green-light by planners. The application - reference 26/00577/FUL - sought to restore and convert the Old Vicarage building into six dwellings.
DAWLISH opened July with a confident MDL home win against Kingsbridge, followed just three days later by another solid performance on their own green against Babbacombe. Leaders Starcross were then too strong for Dawlish but they bounced back to beat Babbacombe once more.
