I fully understand political leaders protecting their citizens - that goes with the job. I am querying Trump's stance on protecting other citizens. Like UK ones for example.
And will it still be great if he pursues a US isolationist foreign policy? http://www.nytimes.com/2016/07/22/us/politics/donald-trump-foreign-policy.html?_r=0
@MV - when you talk of the Red Rock cafe can you tell us just exactly where it is you have in mind. Is it the cafe by the er.........Red Rock to be found on the railway path between DW and Dawlish or the cafe at Coryton Beach which I believe has been referred to in the past as the Red Rock cafe. Thanks
Well, the difference between government and the opposition is that the government has the power. Hope you have a great holiday Stephen (and that you've brought some sunshine with you!)
Did you see I used the word 'restrict'?
Yes - nice move TM. BTW With Boris as Foreign Sec. and Liam Fox as Sec. of State for International Trade both will be out of the country a lot. That'll restrict any scheming they might be tempted to get up to.
Seems a lot of the work that that the Foreign Office would normally do is in the process of being hived off to two new departments - Brexit and International Trade. So Boris's role as Foreign Sec has been diminished and not quite as it might have at first appeared to be.
