That looks to me like the Langdon Hospital land that received planning permission earlier this year. It would seem that those who own the land are now selling it off now that it has planning permission and its value has therefore increased by X amount courtesy of said planning permission.
Awareness raising/leafletting event - Thursday 29th September - 10am -2pm outside Morrison's supermarket, T'mouth Please read this article http://devonshiremagazine.co.uk/the-great-state-pension-robbery-waspi/
An extract from the link I posted earlier this morning: 'The coalition agreement promised that it would not do anything to change women's state pension age before 2020. That was a commitment in the coalition agreement, but within months, both Steve Webb and Iain Duncan Smith were proposing changing women's state pension age for 2016.' Altmann says she explained to them in 2011 why older ...

For what it is worth I think the Dawlish Gazette is very Dawlish focussed as its name implies (Dawlish Post though is another matter). I buy the Gazette every week. rarely buy the Express & Echo or Herald Express. I guess that as it is so Dawlish focussed, and has to be produced every week, then it follows that some weeks it may be more interesting than others. @monty - have you ...
Thought this might be of interest. It is an excerpt from the minutes of the Dawlish Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group held 7.6.16. Mrs Pujol is a TDC officer concerned with housing and health. "Mrs Pujol advised that the Government had recently passed the Housing & Planning Act with regulations still to follow. It was suspected to include the definition of starter homes as affordable ...
Have just re-read the email from officer at TDC and note that it says the SANGs is available to be used now. So I've just e-mailed back explaining my experience of yesterday (see above) and asking how the SANGs can be accessed. I'll post the response on here.
Doesn't look like the access from the Redrow estate is available yet. Was down at the bootfair at Sainsbury's this afternoon so thought I would check it out. No access after the one road that has already been occupied as............everything else is all fenced off because..............it is a building site of course! Have no idea if the SANGs can be accessed via Shutterton lane and I am ...
Okay, so now I've managed to open the attachment. It seems to me that the temporary SANGS is accessed/egressed two ways; 1. Via Shutterton Lane 2. Via the Redrow estate. Most of the temporary SANGs is land on the Redrow Estate side of Shutterton Lane which is the phase 4 land that Redrow will build on. That land is sited towards the Dawlish Warren end of the Redrow land. The ...
Well, according to Natural England "SANGs should have leaflets and/or websites advertising their location to potential users". As to its exact location I have been sent a map by TDC but at the moment I can't open it (if I figure out how to do so I'll post more info on here). However I have been told by TDC that "The temporary SANGS which is to remain available until the permanent SANGS for ...
