I know that, you know that! The problem is getting it through to others. Those that won't read are no better than those that can't read. Some people, even today do not know of or have never heard of Citizens Advice. It is a charity and supported in a very small way by you no who with your money.

What abusive posts are you refering too? Is it the ones YOU don't like, one's that are touching nerves, one's that are trying to tell other's something. Unless you tell us, we shall never know the root of your complaint.

I have to say that speeding motorists don't cause accidents. Inabilty to drive, Inattention, Drink and drugged up drivers, and those that do not have the ability to anticipate are the main culprits. If some people cannot manoever their vehicle when trying to park, what chance do I have when they are travelling at 30 MPH?

My point was, why should a developer get away with not providing any AFFORDABLE HOMES and then when things get tough in the private sector (and they haven't seen nothing yet) should those ...

If you read the local papers (which quite obviously you do not), you will have noticed how district cllrs(not the crumby ones you have running the show at Dawlish(they have no power to grant planning permission))make a play on how they are forcing major developers, (and I understand, anything over two is major)to provide more AFFORDABLE HOMES. They talk about 30, 40 and even 50% of any new ...
