The money given by the British Governemnt to India and other up and coming countries with vast mineral and other reserves is not for the poor, but to make sure that the British Governemnt gets a slice of what ever these countries are producing. Such as oil maintenance contracts and other such lucrative contracts abroad.

Walking the dog this morning along the Brook I spoke to a contractor who is working on the new bridge by the cop shop. He said that the council had asked his company for a quote on clearing the Brook!
Many local people, how many is that ? I thought people in this country were lawfully allowed to demonstrate their views in public in a peaceful manner.
