Oh dear Trotter, the Angry Mob will now assume you to be a Rotarian/Roundtabler, as well as a council insider! Whatever you do, don't mention the mayor!

Personally, I think it's pretty sick that you are using wild assumptions about charitable donations as a way of cheap and nasty political point scoring. Each to their own though - only God will judge you.

Another Gold Medal last night takes us up to a grand total of 13 - with more to come in the cycling! Looking forward to hearing God Save The Queen ringing out around the velodrome again.

Our Viaduct, who art in Dawlish, Hallowed be thy Lawn. Thy Tesco's come, Thy PIN has gone, on camera as it is in Devon. Give us this day our daily rant. And forgive us our Rotary, As we forgive those that Roundtable against us. And lead us not into Anon, But deliver us from Dullish. For thine is the mayor, and the council, and the CCTV, for ever and ever. Amen.

Hi User 4549. If you recall, you were the one comparing the costs of two different CCTV systems. There's little point in making a cost comparison unless you know what the costs include. Is it apples for apples, or apple for pears? I think it's fair to say from your replies, that you do NOT know what the costs include and what I'm saying is that I'm not bothered enough to find out on your behalf. ...

Hi Dullish. I see that you are as charming as ever. Please provide evidence of what you (and your previous pseudonyms) call malfeasance? If you have evidence, then I will be delighted to join you in calling for heads to roll. The ball's in your court - go for it! I defend honesty, nothing else. Talking of honesty, I did not write that I'm not bothered about malfeasance. As soon as you start ...

Sorry 'User 4549' but I've no intention whatsoever of emailing anyone, because frankly I'm not that bothered (rightly or wrongly). However I thought that you were bothered, hence I assumed you'd know the answers to the two very basic but fundamental questions that I posed. I fail to see the connection you're trying to make between a low-end home webcam and a high-tech CCTV system. Please expand. ...

Viaduct, I'm not going to reply to posts that contain personal abuse. I would have hoped you have learnt your lesson after Saturday's intervention by the Webmaster. Obviously you haven't yet. PS Are the Red Arrows going to do a "fly past" at the 2012 Olympics?

That suggests to me that CCTV camera's and the associated implementation costs have come down in price significantly. Or that Dawlish were grossly overcharged by the suppliers. I seriously don't know which one it is. Where have people arrived at the 35K figure for the Teignmouth implementation? Do you have access to that quote and if so do you know what it includes (and therefore by a matter of ...

Thanks for sharing the information that a report published 6 months ago is still available from the Town Hall. Good transparent stuff, well done to all concerned. I agree that everyone should always take care when entering a PIN, whether at a cash point, at a supermarket or at a petrol station. I'm sure that most would agree that it's common sense really. I personally doubt that a CRB checked ...
