@J.Warrener I agree about persons living within the ward, but the VfD candidate, Howard ALMOND, lives just across the Exeter Road and is probably within 100 metres of the boundary of the Central Ward, so perhaps make an exception this time? Bob

@Lynne Yes, John Petherick was elected as an Independent for one of the District Council seats to represent Dawlish Central & North East. That is the question. But. Can anyone explain to me why the Conservatives elect their leader using AV and yet are so furiously canvassing for people to reject it? If they didn't use AV David Cameron wouldn't be their leader. Perplexed
