I see this man has built himself up as a pillar of society, purporting to do this and that to improve the quality of life for the few, when in fact he has been systematically destroying the quality of life for the many. His policy is, "If it gets in my way, I will endeavour to knock it down." Funny how it was his son Malcolm that (When the planning application was being submitted) claimed to be ...

Ex resident wrote:_ "People dumping bags of rubbish mainly after dark, people walking their dogs and letting them foul, old cars dumped and people from the pubs congregating at night urinating and being sick. " Well, that happens everywhere, yet I do not see gates being erected at each end of the roads to keep the undesirables out. We need to deal with the undesirables, not deny everybody their ...

Does anyone have an opinion on public rights of way? Recently or at least in the last twelve months, a PROW has had gates (which can be locked)placed across it. I am referring to Blackswan Place, which is a road that runs from the bottom of Luscombe Terrace to Hatcher Street. Enquiries show that the PROW has been there before Hatcher Street and Luscombe Terrace was developed. Does anyone know who ...

I do not think you mean a closed shop, they are certainly not! What you may mean is, that topics have already been decided upon and what ever you say will not make a jot of difference. That is where public participation comes in. Go along and try it!

How many people who (some) contribute such utter tosh to this web site, attend council meetings to hear the true facts and get a flavour of what is in store for all you luvly people of Dawlish?

Math's done!!! If we did not have so many immigrants to add into the equation, then you would find that the population in this country has actually gone down. So when your children go to work, they are actually providing accommodation for those that they have to compete with through the taxes they will be paying. Affordable housing is not a free bus ticket. What is there in Dawlish for any ...

Guba guba you cannot be real. The population of the indigenous folk is dropping rapidly. Years ago plenty of families pre TV had 8, 10, 12 and even sometimes more children in their families, a rarity today wouldn't you agree? Ask Teignbridge council where they get their figures from for those in need and you will not get them. Why? because the figures they have now are only projected not fact.

"And what clever Dick thought that up?" The same dickhead that is planning to build more properties anywhere in Dawlish. Where ever there is a proposal to develop any more in the Dawlish, Teignmouth, Starcross, Kenton or Exminster area's, it will bring about huge problems for everyone. Traffic, traffic and more traffic to name but just one problem.

Idle talk, that's what that was. When councillors have worked out how they can get their snout in the money trough, you will get it, but not before.
