They ask for the opinions of the town's folk and always do the complete opposite as long as it can waste as much money as possible and continue the rapid downward spiral of decay to the town, in my opinion. Observations over the past 20 odd years living in Dawlish.
Does that mean they will fix all the large pot holes or just put signs out for them to avoid falling in. I assume it will be the latter knowing anything todo with Dawlish, unlike Newton Abbot and Teignmouth.

People are dumbed down so much that they don't have any common sense any more. This is exemplified by Dawlish voting for people like Dawson and Wrigley. More people die taking their own lives on the adjacent railway but that gets hushed up because the Council and trades people in the town don't like Dawlish being associated with suicide and ill mental health.
