Just popped out for a bit of shopping in Dawlish at 16:40hrs and could not believe the number of people whizzing around on electric scooters along the pavement and what I assume was numerous illegal e-bikes shooting around. The pavement is certainly not the safe haven for pedestrians it used to be. I thought the old bill were supposed to be stopping all these illegal electrics, obviously not.
