Earlier this week, we held a property marking event for maritime equipment in Teignmouth. It was a great success and we marked a total of 35 items including vessels and outboards. We also spoke to a number of people about coastal crime prevention, the signs to look out for and how to report it. Thank you to everyone who came along (despite the weather!). We will be hosting another event on ...
Members of Teignbridge District Council have had a negative impact on many residents for years. They ignore residents, force decisions upon them with sham consultations and silence and smear opposition voices. As if they give actual f*** about local residents. They're just expected to issue a statement whenever there's a tragic death.
Urgently install a sign prohibiting mobility scooters and warning that doing a U-turn is not advisable or feasible once on the wall. Cycling is already prohibited, unfortunately access for all and inclusivity isn't always possible.

@1263 Thanks, but that's still a bitchy little side swipe to end on. I'd write less and not repeat myself if you were able to comprehend basic English and follow a conversation. But then that comment reflects the grudge you hold and you take everything so personally.

@Paul thank you so much for taking the time to do the map. I think where we are looking would be near to there. Your description of Dawlish sounds perfect, I really hope we can manage to get a place down there. @TheObserver we are possibly looking near to the town on Exeter road, near the garage on the corner. Hopefully this is one of the nice area's.

@Steve , yes I agree. The problem is that climate change has been communicated in terms of doomsday scenarios which has the effect of making people fearful, focusing on intrinsic needs and not collective endeavour, causing inertia. That and scientific data on a global scale and a magnitude that is often too abstract for people to comprehend and relate to their everyday lives. Plus if it really was ...

@Paul I think a lot of people who would usually vote Tory did the same as you, and some usual Tory votes who wouldn't vote Refom just stayed at home and didn't vote at all. I don't think the low voter turn-out is solely down to photo ID coming in. The Labour party knows that their victory isn't as convincing as the landslide 412 seats suggests, it's all down to first-past-the-post, with the ...

Maybe Mp Wrigley will continue in the vain of his Leader who acted like a complete clown through the whole election. Maybe a waterski from Teignmouth to Dawlish , paragliding from Haldon Hills , paddleboarding at Shaldon and rock climbing at Coryton. @BOO HOO , I don't believe Galloway made the mark? However I quite agree that the people voted and with regret politics is not so clearly black and white and therefore while the people spoke the designation of seats does not provide a fair and just process. Here's to Farage's chance to blow and push the Labour off course and take it's rightful place.

Hopefully the club can now go in the right direction because the last few years has been a shambles. To have a Town the size of Dawlish, have a team playing park football against tiny villages and 2nd 11 teams is scandalous. They should at least be playing in the Western League.
