I was going to say that the proposal to strike off the company won't have been because the accounts haven't been submitted.  You have 9 months to file accounts so the October 2015 accounts are only due by July 2016.  More likely is that they hadn't filed an Annual Return, which is a simple document that confirms any changes to directors, shareholders etc. and costs £13 to do it online.  And hey ...

If I recall correctly it was on the market with Fulfords a while back.   If you look at the planning applications there's a dispute with a neighbour over access at the lower level.

@Lindapetherick .  Are you seriously comparing the carnival with the airshow?  You sound like you're saying because one gets a grant so should the other.   Is that how the committee made its decision?
