You think I'm the mug, ha you pay top rate tax but live in elm grove area ? interesting choice. Northerner has stated he is a top rate taxpayer therefore he earns in excess of £150,000 a year and pays 45% tax though he chooses to live in but a modest house. no, solicitor on hols until Tuesday, other solicitor in office u.s, so need to wait until then, then we still have a little wrangling to do with regards the land, (the house is sorted) we are not doing one without the other though. I had a meeting with a business owner on Monday he says that over the past 7 years of owning a business he has been unable to find suitable cleaning contractors and garden maintenance contractors, though he did have high praise for an electrician, plumber and a heating engineer. If you want TDC to enforce in the future use past to direct future 106's and make TDC have the 106 implemented prior to any development this would solve your concerns.

Hi all, Thanks for your comments, Changing solicitors scares me the conveyancing fees are £8k then we have the searches etc We had another property fall through 2 1/2 hours before completion at the begining of June, costing us many thousands in solicitors and valuations.
