I had a meeting with a business owner on Monday he says that over the past 7 years of owning a business he has been unable to find suitable cleaning contractors and garden maintenance contractors, though he did have high praise for an electrician, plumber and a heating engineer.

Is their a lack of trades people in these two industries or has he just been unfortunate ??

When I was in Dawlish Thursday/Firday I noticed Emotions the card shop (thats up for sale) was closed I just wondered why?

The campervan conversion business that was for sale, did it sell or just close down ??

no, solicitor on hols until Tuesday, other solicitor in office u.s, so need to wait until then, then we still have a little wrangling to do with regards the land, (the house is sorted) we are not doing one without the other though.

Once solicitors have sorted, we have 2 weeks between exchange and completion.

Our son is mean't to start school on the 6th September, that won't happen.

As long as we have exchanged by the 7th Sept we will move down and go into temporary accomodation, son can start school on the 10th

Stressful, exciting, fun and worrying.
