@roberta . yes i only holiday down here, and given the chance i would live here in dawlish. dont get me wrong,  you are entitled to your  own voice. i just wish that people would not carry on about the inland route. as the transport secretary keeps saying all options are being kept open. and anne marie morris seems to be fighting for the coastal route. I am as well and yes i do like trains and I ...

@ Fred Bassett. There were David Cameron, Michael Clayson, David Force, Anne-Marie Morris, Patrick Houlgate(Network Rail supervisor) , But no Nick Clegg , our Coalition buddy. I wonder why? Thats all I know.

@Lynne (12.50pm post). yes i agree with that but not inland route. network rail have got specialist engineers advice and army advice about making  the sea wall stronger. that was on westcountry tonight or spotlight, 1 of the 2.

@Carer . anne-marie morris was with the transport secretary. she cant be with everyone. by the way where is nick clegg? you know, our coalition buddy.  Just let Network Rail get on with the job.

@Lynne . trains from newton abbot to paignton are ok although with delays as is totnes. does the sea wall at teignmouth do its job? its curved at top.similar one at jersey.

@wondering . i have replied on no trains post.

@wondering . you can edit/delete replies to posts.

@Lynne . what has adrian sanders got to do with it? he`s mp for torbay. dawlish is not torbay. also, do you honestly believe that a lagoon will work. there`s big arguments going on about swansea bay. what will a local enquiry achieve about Dawlish?  Leatash post was very good said it all really.
