@Philip - yeah, sorry about that. even though i keep it in the back of mind, that i need to adjust recipes for non professionals the occasional culinary term will slip in. still, makes for interaction :-) on my way to adjust recipe now

Super Saturday! WOW What a day for Team GB! Gold, Gold and more Gold. Stunning athletics, rowing and cycling but te bit I still can't believe is a Brit won the long jump!!!! I always thought this was a long legged, black athlete sport. Hmmmm ..... white men CAN jump. Proud to be a Brit! Proud to be a Brit? Agree here and add a comment :-D

Dawlish all the way!! Beautiful town, great sea wall walks, stunning river stroll ..... then a train ride to Topsham for the antique shops and the antique market. But a stop at Dawlish is a MUST!!
