Not as vindictive as continuing to use a mobile phone whilst driving, despite the well-documented high number of innocent people that are killed by these selfish drivers!!! I wouldn't go as far as to call this particular criminal "scum", more "lucky" that no one got injured or worse dspite his actions. However, people who rob, assault or cause criminal damage are definitely worthy of the s word.

By the way, there is no such thing as "petty" crime. I'd hate to be having a discussion about your young daughter or grand daughter that got ran over by a car driver who was too lazy or too tight to use ...

But I've never burgled a house or wilfully damaged another persons hard-earned property. These are people, Don, who have pleaded "Guilty" to their crimes. Do the crime, serve the time.
