Where and when have the Lib Dems voted to have houses built on the land at Warren Farm?

I have no idea whether any money was ever paid out to the owner of Seaway by TDC. Perhaps a Freedom of Information Request submitted by someone might elicit some information? If that is the case (can you give a link please) then surely they are being a good employer in looking after their staffs' pensions? The common denominator seems to be the amount of money.
