Teignbridge District Council , by removing the bridge in the Manor you have removed a Public Right of Way. Surely this is illegal? Very sad day, Teignbridge District Council have removed the Bridge from the top of the Manor and judging by the fence posts and kerbs being installed have no intention of replacing it . Earlier this morning the waterfowl wardens have taken the three juvenile black swans to a new local home. They were increasingly being chased by Bert into the road and other area and with the new cygnets doing very, very well it was decided the best course of action was to rehome them. We will keep you updated about their new move.
