talking about the betting shop, why is it the only premises with no paving up to the shop front?and Im glad you have time and money to enjoy cafe culture, lets not get to carried away, wait until the howling gales and rain starts in the winter. Enjoy while you can looking at filthy pavements and fumes from vehicles parked on the wrong side of the Strand

The slabs look filthy already, only have to spill a drink or drop an ice cream and its stained, plenty of grease stains too. The only thing I like is the vista of the Strand with the lawn, could still have achieved that spending less money and keeping all the parking on the lawnside.
