oops try this www.zoopla.co,uk

Have a look at www.zoopla.co,uk and put Dawlish in the box or anywhere you fancy! Steve anyone can sell for £95,000 as you suggest, then walk in any Estate Agent and say 'Id like a 2 bed house by the sea in Devon for that price'..can you imagine how daft that would be!. Try looking at Salcombe. Where is Dave the Estate Agent when you need him??? lol.

Dawlish is low already compared to other areas. I would sell my 2 bed house for £125,000 (that is if somone actually would like to live in Dawlish and that is the problem!) if I could buy elsewhere for that price.. but you cant buy 'like for like' by the sea'.

Now then.. I reckon as the northern part of the UK has never been known for being that bright, maybe thats why they dont get charged. I have never known any brilliance to come out of Wales..well yes there is Tom Jones and Harry Secombe, as for Scotland I think of Billy Connolly and Gordon Brown sat with an empty bottle of whisky! Its time all paid regardeless where you live but I do doubt if them ...

Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas all

I hope those who complain so much and dont use the Coop will still go to Tesco on the slippy roads. I bet suddenly people will use Dawlish shops lol.

Thank you Lynne I see. You are right its not fair what they are doing. Should be the same regardless where you are, perhaps Europe will put us straight!

They dont have to pay any fees until they reach the end do they? The last Government helped to get us in this mess, they had 13 years, I have no doubt people will vote Labour back in again! ..especially those aged 14 now, so should the minimum vote age be 21?
