Just had a quick look at the minutes of Dawlish Town Council meetings since the beginning of the year. There was a Notice of Motion concerning this matter on the agenda back in January but the minutes say that this was deferred to another meeting. I cannot find any mention of this motion in the minutes of any subsequent town council meetings. Can't find anything very recent on this subject  ...

Can anyone recommend someone reliable to collect some garden waste please ? - probably about a couple of vans worth.

Apparently a Town Councillor was interviewed by ITN West News yesterday and he advised that the Town Council believe that the proposed new sea wall will spoil the Town. Has anyone seen the broadcast? Why are our Town Councillors opposing a scheme that is the future life blood of the south west?

Yes. I agree with Lisa Nandy. But I wonder if Barry Gardiner decided to take a leaf out of Dominic Cummings book and do his own interpretation of the rules. P'raps Boris will let him use the rose garden of No 10 to explain his actions to the press.

My neighbour, as i have banged on about before, is getting up to 2 deliveries of shopping a week. i assume its because he is over 70, but he goes out in his car after the deliveries to the garden centre and shops. he goes out in his car at least 2 to 3 times a day and has had family and friends round in his front and back gardens numerous times during lockdown standing right next to them. ...

Those billions of £'s have gone into pockets they don't just disappear into the ether. I am just waiting for the announcement that vat will have to be increased to 25 percent. Oh.......and wait for it m.p's have a substantial payrise to cover their inconvenience for having to endure the covid saga.
