AN application to covert a former hotel in Dawlish into flats has been rejected. 25/00799/FUL sought permission to convert Oceans B&B into seven flats. But Teignbridge District Council (TDC) refused to grant planning permission.

@1263 You really need to look up a definition of body shaming before you make such claims. Exactly how I have attacked/derided anyone based on 'physical attributes'? And how have I 'body shamed' anyone?
The 2008 financial crisis was caused by governments, in particular the US government under George Bush, not by commodities traders. It's called moral hazard. You can look it up. In the UK we had "No more boom and bust" under Labour as they deliberately stoked a housing boom. It started when the US government decided to use taxpayer's money to back subprime mortgages.
If you cant see the relevance of it perhaps you should come back indoors and stay out of the sun
