WREATHS of poppies are on their way to London having been picked up by the Great Western Railway Poppies to Paddington train this morning. The service has picked up wreaths from town along the route including Dawlish where Mayor Cllr Anthony James handed over the town’s poppy to GWR staff on the 07.03 train from Dawlish to Paddington.
