Thanks for that Lynne .. I will email MP. Guard do not always check tickets when they can when just a handful on the train. So the line does not achieve all it should in cash returns. The other evening when they did check I heard the guard say to chap ...'that will be £... .' he said he had no money, so was removed him from the train at D and guard said next train is in an hour! ..guess he hoped ...
Went on 1059 Dawlish - Exeter yesterday, 2 carriages and around 140 standing maybe more. When it got to Exeter, Exmouth could not get on though just did as everyone wanted to go to Central. The driver could not get to his cab to reverse the train to Exmouth .had to be an amazing big squeeze up the train. Paignton-Exeter needs to be every 30 minutes not hourly, better still give the line to South ...

My error, the return train fare from Dawlish - Exeter Central is £2.45 with a Devon card, I paid that today!

They should reopen Okehampton - Bere Regis. Next time you spend just £2.80 return to Exeter on your Devon card think how lucky you are to have a train! ..cheaper than a car to me!
PJD I agree. I'm happy with what I know and its easy here! ..just click at the top what you want and bingo its there! ..how is easy that! All this fuss about access via i phone and mobiles..Im sure one day people will look back at the early 2000s generation when people walked everywhere with a phone stuck to their head and adults playing facebooik games on a phone! (at a price) duh!

This all seems a bit strange to me ..posts on here re another Dawlish website, I mean you wouldnt put a letter in a newspaper and promote another newspaper ..if you get my drift! I still cant get the Gossip page to work..bored now lol .. not going to try anymore!
