Just been watching Simon Hoare MP (Con. N. Dorset) being interviewed on BBC. Says his inbox is bursting with irate emails from constituents. Said that if, god forbid, we have another lockdown then why not have everyone following their instinct rather than the rules? A fair enough  question given the excuse being put forward by Johnson and Cummings. Anyone know what our MP's ...

@leatash There is no point now in complaining because good old Boris stands by Cummings so that means that anyone can do anything and go anywhere. The Police have lost all authority now to turn back anyone who appears to be in breach of lockdown ruling.

I have been watching folk all day no social distancing cylists on the footpaths cycling between people i have seen 20 plus motorhomes and one caravan the A379 is busy and when there nearest and dearest die it will be the goverments fault. The truth is if you give the public a inch they will take a mile it's a British pastime and that's what politicians have failed to grasp, folk just have to bend ...

Ah yes, let us not forget that Borisonian good old British common sense. I would have thought it common sense that if a lot of people travel to the coast and inland beauty spots then social distancing will become a problem with the common sense consequent possibility of the virus going above R1 again. But hey, as you say, everyone seem to be doing their own interpretation of the rules now ...

@Lynne .....indeed, but how many may i have infected in the 14 to 49 days the virus takes to show any symptoms? Its like the government saying people can come to this country and self isolate for 14 days! a plane load of people x 10, 20, 30, 100 plus planes coming into the u.k. a day. How many were infected before they got on the plane and how many infected when they got off the plane. ...
