Maybe because Anthony (Cleveland Garage, who he used to do a lot of cleaning for) was very ill and has now sadly passed on, he has not been around and has had no work to do.

With her (Ms Farley) open publicised remarks about 'outsiders' a couple of years back and still no apology from her , is it little wonder that donations are down as the vast majority of people who watch the carnival are 'outsiders' and take offence at what she said.
