Is it just me or is Scapegoat sounding a bit like someone who use to be on this site a while ago?
I assume the council workers do not have to pay to park all day at the manor house. Up until a year or so ago people had always parked in this car park day and night with NO restrictions for decades.

@majorp .. I wonder how many more people have experienced issues with Barton surgery/Lloyd's pharmacy. I might expect this sort of attitude from a retail store, but not from a g.p.surgery/pharmacy.
I have been with Barton surgery for over 15 years and over this time the outright attitude and competency, in my opinion, Has steadily spiralled downwards.
