I've checked with Emma Kay, and all the events are going to be on the Lawn and centred around the Bandstand.  The Red Rock team will be there to organise fun activities for the younger people

H The money raised towards the replacement Bandstand is still in the Town Council bank account and is earmarked to help Teignbridge pay for future improvements to Brook and Lawn.  News awaited from Teignbridge about exactly what they plan to do.  Hopefully news later this year about the Brook, Teignbridge have officers working on this.

I have asked Devon County Council for an update on the work being done by the private owners to repair the wall at the bottom of Teignmouth Hill, and when we can expect the traffic control to be removed I am told: (1)   More of the wall still needs to be taken down to complete the safety works and more scaffold to be put up. The road closure is from 20:00 on Friday night to 19:00 on Saturday night

Why not wait and see if there is an actual proposal ?  If so, it would be clear what area (If any) is involved and if so, what the rationale is. I do believe that there is merit in allowing thinking time by the professionals involved before asking all these questions.
