Cockwood Cockwood is a small village on the west side of the Exe Estuary, lying between the villages of Dawlish Warren and Starcross. And while its spelling may appear straightforward, there is some debate as to how you should say it. Last night two Dawlish Community Transport buses were ablaze, in the Bartons carpark Dawlish, anyone with any information, please contact the police on 101. Please do not speculate on the cause at this stage until investigations have been carried out . 2 vans and 2 cars were affected in the blaze. cctv is being checked for any info .

This planning application (ref 23/00181/FUL) is on the agenda at TDC's planning committee meeting on 18th July. Planning Officer recommendation is that it should be approved.
