Due to a lack of accommodation in Devon, Connor Cole has been told he will be moving from Dawlish to London on August 14, against his wishes
He is autistic, partially sighted and has potentially life-threatening epileptic drop seizures several times a day. Connor also previously had behavioural issues which are now rare due to the support he has received
