Thank you, Lynne, for posting this. The railways would be taking a step backwards if they go ahead with this plan to do away with practically all the ticket offices. I find it very difficult to read screens in bright sunlight, they always seem to be placed at exactly the wrong angle!

Are you aware of the consultation regarding the closure of the Dawlish ticket office at the railway station? The Town Council is very concerned about the impact on blind, disabled and vulnerable people as it will reduce accessibility to the station. There is only until the 26th July to comment.
