re House prices I don't agree. Dawlish prices have gone down, ask any agent here, I did last week.. that of course is what people in Dawlish have been crying out for. , A 'like for like' house on the South Coast in Sussex will cost you around £30,000 MORE than Dawlish, much to my annoyance!.. coz I have been looking there. You can though get a cheap property in some dull and dingy places up north. ...
