Ha! That Was The Most Crappest Ice Rink Ive Ever Seen! It Was About 4 Metres Squared, And It Was Wet Tiles! 3.50 for half an hour! The Poster Made It Look Good It Was CACK! I Didnt Even Bother Going On It In The End, You'd Get Bored After 5 Minutes! As For The Ice Skates...UNNECASSARY! People Were Walking On it In FlipFlops!

You may not have gone on it but lots of others did, AND enjoyed the experience.

And yes it was small and yes it wasn't ice.

Had it been larger would you have gone on it?

Perhaps the organisers got carried away a bit in describing it as an ice rink - perhaps skating rink might have been a better description.

At least they tried to bring something different to Dawlish. You have done what exactly?

At least some of the councillors were in on the con.

They thought it was great so who are the rest of us to complain?

After all, the past mare proclaimed that the black swans are the most important residents in Dawlish, so maybe she should have invited them to have a go on the tiles.

Once again our councillors put on something to confirm they are out of touch. Can't wait to see Mayor Protheroe attempt his usual 'connection' with the youth of Dawlish.

Of course he will....June to September is the time when Protheroe concentrates on his raison d'etre
.....making money and profit. What a soulless life he has.
