The weather is lovely for the time of the year. Good for a walk along the beach from Dawlish to the Warren. What a shame the beach is still a mess, not only the usual rubbish but in the last couple of days there have been dead fish and seagulls. Hope it gets sorted before you holiday people arrive!
A Revamp for Dawlish costing at least £200,000 has been earmarked by Teignbridge District Council as a "starting point" to revitalise the centre of Dawlish. Dawlish beach is a mess at the moment. Dawlish Warren is o.k. Plenty of sand. We don't rely on the council to do anything, so I wouldn't hold your breath on this one.

Following a report in yesterdays Express & Echo, a Dawlish man has written a letter stating the speed cameras were sited illegally therefore he and others were found not guilty. He also said Dawlish Town Council spent more than £80,000, not £60,000 on the surveillance cameras which do not work at night.
