Nobody will be forcing you to eat anything you don't want to, just like now. And it may surprise you to learn that we had employment protection laws in this country long before joining the EEC/EC/EU and in some cases they far exceed the EU protection.  For example, in the UK maternity leave is 52 weeks, while just 14 weeks under EU law. @majorp If we "leave" with the deal that is on the table then that is not leaving at all, we will be tied to the EU until it decides otherwise, which will be never because Brussels fears a truly independent trading nation on its doorstep.  It is essential Treason May's deal is rejected and we leave on WTO terms if necessary.

Treason May really is getting desperate ahead of next month's vote.  I can't see that most ardent Brexiteer, John Redwood, being swayed to change his stance because of his knighthood.
